MISSIONThe DLCHG is an arm of the EFCP that serves the local church for its health and growth by assisting pastors and church leaders, setting up helpful church systems and regional Christian Education structures.

OBJECTIVES:a. Help pastors with their personal, family, and ministerial needs.
b. Support in the transformation of the church plants and semi-organized churches to fully organized status through vibrant systems and structures.
c. Encourage and succor fully organized churches to do church planting works in coordination with the EFCP Department of Church Planting.
d. Organize the national EFCP Christian Education in the formation of national and regional Men’s, Women’s, Youth, Children, and Music (PAW) ministries and organizations.

GOALS:
In 4 years ('till May 2026), the following goals shall be accomplished:
a. Determine the levels of financial support for Pastors and set up activities and programs that will raise pastor's support in areas where it is below the minimum wage.
b. Provide seminars and training for the pastor's personal/family and ministerial enhancement at least once a year on a national level and at least once a year on a regional level.
c. Facilitate the ordination of all 86 licensed eligible EFCP pastors.
d. Create an educational system that will elevate 17 (and more) Licensed Lay Pastors to obtain a Bachelor in Pastoral Studies Degree and a Master of Ministry Degree for those called from the 48 regular licensed pastors.
e. Set up national and regional CE organizations namely, Men's, Women's, Youth, Children, and Music (Praise and Worship).
f. Appoint key persons in each region representing Children, Youth, Men, Women, and Music (PAW).
g. Strengthen the 69 Fully Organized Churches and help them plant at least 2 churches in 4 years. (Vision-69x2n26)
h. Help the 49 Semi-Organized Churches become fully organized and encourage each to plant at least 1 church in 4 years. (Vision-49FOC+49CPn26)
i. Help the 51 Church Planting Status become at least semi-organized or at most, fully organized in 4 years and hopefully plant 12 new churches.
j. Have a 3-day 2-night Planning with Regional Coordinators and CE Regional Representatives (17 people all in all) to put specific plans and programs to the above goals within 2022. Budget for 6 meals x 17 people + 50% of the fare.
