The DCP exists as an arm of the EFCP to provide effective direction, system, and support in all the church planting endeavors of EFCP churches.

VISION

EFCP reproducing churches planted in every key town and city among Filipinos in the Philippines and beyond.

OBJECTIVES

a. To determine strategic areas and communities in the Philippines that still need an EFCP Church.b. To provide effective tools for assessing, training, and coaching incoming and current church planting workers.c. To mobilize all the denominational resources to effectively support church planting endeavors of the local churches.d. To set up specific pathways and standards to transition church planting status of pioneering work to a more advanced EFCP church category namely - from church planting to semi-organized and finally to fully-organized status.
GOALSa. To plant at least 200 reproducing churches in 4 years in key towns and cities in the Philippines and beyond. That is about 8 churches per region per year or 55x3n26 and 48FOC+48CPn26. The Department shall pray and raise a budget of 1.8 million pesos per year to support this vision.b. To start church planting efforts in Dubai, Canada, Singapore, New Zealand/Australia, and London. These are places where there are large Filipino populations. Initial talks with contacts in Dubai and Canada had commenced for the potential planting of EFCP churches in these places.c. To hold semi-annual church planting summits to map out target places, report church planting progress, and provide an avenue for encouragement and helpful networking resources.d. To have twice a year training on Church Planter Assessment, Church Planting Basic Training, Church Planting Coaching, and Planter's Development.e. To tap support from 5 partner organizations who have the same vision annually and channel said support to church's new church planting endeavors.
